Meander down the treed, paved path into town; wander to Clancy's Fish Pub for lunch; drive only a short distance to swim at Yallingup beach; sit on the deck enjoying the bushland view with your freshly brewed espresso; cook up a feast on the outdoor BBQ, or enjoy a quiet night in watching a movie on the big flat screen TV. Whatever takes your fancy, this beautifully appointed fully self-contained villa, will make your holiday in Dunsborough memorable.

The open plan living/dining area gives you plenty of space to move. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, a huge fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hotplate & plenty of crockery & cookware; allowing any budding chef to make a meal in a breeze. The dining table will seat 6 guests and boasts leather dining chairs for ultimate comfort. There are plenty of storage cupboards for all your supplies.

The two lounge suites are comfortable & each seat 2 to 3 guests. There's a large flat screen TV, plus an ipod dock for playing some tunes.

Both bedrooms are spacious with queen beds, and built in wardrobes, Television, Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning, and each have their own superbly appointed bathroom with basin, toilet & shower.

The laundry is tucked away and comprises of washer and dryer & sink.

The decking area has a wooden outdoor table that will also seat 6 guests, from the deck enjoy summer evenings sharing a BBQ with friends whilst looking over the bushland reserve and hearing the birds sing & maybe even seeing a kangaroo or two.

The car parking bays are almost directly at the front of the villa for your convenience.
